Pub Night

Every last Friday of the month, the whole village is invited to come together at the “pop-up pub” to enjoy a fun and lively evening filled with great conversation and catching up with our wonderful community friends. We open our doors at 6.30pm and go on until around 10pm, offering a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; all at very reasonable prices. It’s the perfect way to unwind and connect, so why not come and enjoy the fun?

Quiz Night

Our quiz nights are held in the village hall on the 3rd Friday of the month; always a fantastic buzz and one of the hi-lights of the month. Bring along a team of up to 6 people, polish up your brains and come ready to enjoy some lively competition with your neighbours and friends. The quiz covers a wide range of interesting and entertaining questions, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine. We also provide a small simple supper to keep you fuelled throughout the evening. Included in the ticket price of £10pp it’s an excellent night out. Plus, our bar is open with a wide variety of drinks to keep the brain cells working!

Food

Llanwarne boasts some excellent cooks, so if you come to one of our food events, you will not go home hungry. From set meals, like harvest and remembrance day lunches, we have also had some great Royal celebration parties.

We have experienced authentic Indian and Italian evenings and delicious Sunday lunches.

Coffee mornings and afternoon teas always include mouth watering cakes baked by our committee and residents.

And don’t forget our popular quiz night suppers.

We always cater for vegetarians and vegans.

Film Nights

Llanwarne is lucky enough, to fairly regularly, host film nights for the whole community to enjoy together. A wide variety of artisan, independent productions are shown, offering a broad and diverse array of interests for local people to appreciate.

We are truly fortunate here in Llanwarne to have someone who is deeply dedicated to our community and passionate about securing sufficient funding, whenever possible. This commitment helps us offer a wide variety of fully accessible activities, workshops, events, and training sessions for the wider community to enjoy and participate in. Often, these opportunities include something uniquely tailored for particular groups of people, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and included. We are also very grateful to have a well-maintained village hall and a hardworking committee who tirelessly organise and support a lively, diverse, and accommodating range of events, all held in this lovely space that feels like the heart of our community.
